JCI has been approved as a member of IAC (International Academy of Ceramics)
(International School) On the evening of September 30, at the 2018 International Ceramic Art Conference of IAC held at Taiwan Yingge Ceramic Museum, JCI was approved to become a member of IAC. President NingGang, vice dean of International School Zhang JingJing, a teacher from the School of Ceramic Fine Arts Zhao Lantao, Ryan and Mitchell from International Ceramic Studio, international students Robert and Saint became individual members of IAC. This is the first time for the international students of JCI to be selected to international ceramic organization.
During the conference, the 2018 IAC member theme exhibition entitled “Trans-boundary, Oriental” was held at Yingge Ceramic Museum. 146 pieces of works from the IAC members were displayed.
At the IAC member conference, on behalf of JCI, Zhang Jingjing delivered a speech entitled “The localization of Ceramic Art -- Taking Jingdezhen Ceramics as an Example” and introduced the enrollment of International School of JCI and its International Ceramic Studio program.
